Hand Raised Copper Resusable, Re-fillable Tealights
These burners are about 5cm diameter and are hand made from 0.7mm sheet copper.
They can hold enough fuel to burn up to 3 hours, depending on what you use.
I’m a Beeswax purist but it is always good to have a backup and knowing that I grab something from the kitchen if needed. I’ve had good results with Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Jojoba Oil and Coconut Fat/ Essential oils can be added as you like.
Package will contain the burner, a wick holder and some wicks – I’ve found that a waxed hemp wick works really well with everything. Twirling the wick can help keep it upright while the flame gets established, watching the two strands dance and unwind is quite entrancing.
I recommend keeping a pair of tweezers handy for “wick tickling”.
Choose your fuel, beeswax pellets or oil.
Wick into the holder and the holder into the bowl.
