This pendant is handmade from a chunky 1.5mm Silver sheet back plate and the Druid Awen symbol is a shadow on a heavily reticulated and oxidised background. This effect was achieved with some gold dust in the rough shape of the Awen and on top of the Lunar effect of the reticulation it is a peculiar piece indeed.
Sometimes the Awen is illusive and hard to grasp, sometime looking at things from a different perspective can open the door...
Hallmarked for Silver at the Edinburgh Assay Office, there isn't enough Gold in it to count.
