This pendant is handmade from a chunky 1.5mm Silver sheet back plate and features the Druid Awen symbol made from gold. I built this so many times in my inner workshop before the design was ready to come forth and was finished on the Winter Solsctice 2018.
The gold is from a ring that I found on the floor at the end of a tremendous gig by the thrash metal ban Sabbat in the late 80's, most likely the 'History of a Time To Come' tour. I consider this a time machine spanning decades of life and experience and an ongoing story of a thing.
I reticulated the crap out of the three rays.
The eight festival nodule idea came about as I had a bit of gold left over, ah yes the Awen moves in mysterious ways sometimes.
Some things won't accept a Hallmark.
The chain has been reworked from the original cross bar fitting to one of the Owl chainhead fittings and the overall design defines the pendants that followed. It was also necessary to sort out the design and manufacturing process for a chain that would do this thing justice and not be overwhelmed by it.
